It is essentially a northern suburb of the city of Kharkiv and is located between Kharkiv and Derhachi on the banks of the Lopan and the Lozovenka rivers, in the drainage basin of the Don. The Derzhprom or Gosprom building is an office building located on Freedom Square in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Built in the Constructivist style, it was the first modern skyscraper building in the Soviet Union upon its completion in 1928. Derzhprom is situated 4½ km southeast of Post Pivnichnyi Sortuvalnyi.
