Heping District is a mountain indigenous district in eastern Taichung, Taiwan, and it is the largest district of Taichung City. It is also the largest district in Taiwan by area. It is the center of population of Taiwan. Heping District is situated 7 km north of Niupingkeng Xi.

Guoxing Township is a rural township in Nantou County, Taiwan. As of February 2023, the township has a population total of 17,168. Guoxing Township is located about 22 kilometres east of central Taichung City. The township is named after Koxinga. Guoxing is situated 9 km southwest of Niupingkeng Xi.
