Hwarangdae Station is an underground Metro Seoul station in Seoul, South Korea, served by the line 6. The station is located in Gongneung-2 dong located near Korea Military Academy, where its name comes from, Seoul Women's University and Sahmyook University, and it opened in 2000. Hwarangdae station is situated 790 metres east of Sŏngsim-byŏngwŏn.

The name of this station does not refer to any one neighborhood in this area; its name comes from an acronym of Seokgwan-dong and Wolgye-dong, located in Seongbuk-gu and Nowon-gu, respectively. Seokgye is situated 1 km southwest of Sŏngsim-byŏngwŏn.
