Tangjeong-myeon is a town in Asan-si, South Chungcheong. Tangjeong-myeon is situated nearby to the village Myeongam-ri, as well as near Galsan-ri.

Tangjeong Station is a railway station on Janghang Line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway system. Work on the station began in October 2018 and it opened on October 30, 2021.

Cheonan–Asan station is a ground-level train station located mostly in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea, although part of it lies in the neighboring city of Cheonan. Cheonan-Asan is situated 3½ km southeast of Tangjeong-myeon.

Asan Station is a railway station on the Janghang Line which is also served by Line 1 of the Seoul Subway. Its located in Baebang-eup, Asan, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea. Asan station is situated 3½ km southeast of Tangjeong-myeon.

Cheonan is a city in South Chungcheong, South Korea. Cheonan is a name derived from heaven. This is because King Taejo of Goryeo named it the "Most important place under the sky." Also, to this day, Cheonan citizens still call Cheonan the most comfortable place under the sky and joke that it is safe from natural disasters such as typhoons.
