Kirti Gompa, is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery founded in 1472 and located in Ngawa, Sichuan province, in China, but traditionally part of Amdo region. Numerous other associated Kirti monasteries and nunneries are located nearby. Kirti Gompa is situated 3½ km northwest of Wa’erma.

Nangzhik Monastery, formerly known by several other names, is a monastery of the Bon religion in Amdo, modern Ngawa Town, Sichuan, China. It is about a 4 kilometres walk up a shortcut to reach the monastery on a hill to the north of the town. Nangzhik Gompa is situated 4 km north of Wa’erma.
