San Bernardino Pass is a high mountain pass in the Swiss Alps connecting the Hinterrhein and the Mesolcina valleys between Thusis and Bellinzona. Located in the far eastern side of the Western Alps it is not to be confused with the Great St Bernard Pass and the Little St Bernard Pass.

Piz de Mucia is a mountain of the Swiss Lepontine Alps, overlooking San Bernardino in the canton of Graubünden. It lies south-east of the Zapporthorn, between the valleys of Calanca and Mesolcina.

The Zapporthorn or Pizzo Zapport is a mountain of the Swiss Lepontine Alps, overlooking San Bernardino Pass in Graubünden. Its summit is the tripoint between the valleys of Hinterrhein, Calanca and Mesolcina.

San Bernardino is a mountainous village in the canton of Grisons in Switzerland. It is the southern entry point to the San Bernardino tunnel, which complemented the road over the San Bernardino Pass in 1967, opening a new all-year-round road to crossing the Alps.

Hinterrhein is a village and a former municipality in the Viamala Region in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. The village is located near the start of the river Hinterrhein/Rein Posteriur, one of the two initial tributaries of the Rhine. Hinterrhein is situated 7 km northeast of Cima del Vigon.
