Yungbulakang Palace

Yumbulagang or Yumbu Lakhar is the original palace of the Yarlung Dynasty kings of Tibet. In Tibetan mythology, it was the first building in Tibet, and was the palace of the legendary first Tibetan king, Nyatri Tsenpo who is said to have reigned from 127 BCE. Yungbulakang Palace is situated 3½ km southeast of Yungbulakhang Palace.

Tradruk Temple in the Yarlung Valley is the earliest great geomantic temple after the Jokhang and some sources say it predates that temple. Tradruk Temple is located in Nêdong County of Lhoka in the Tibet Autonomous Region, about seven kilometres south of the county seat, Tsetang. Tradruk Temple is situated 3 km north of Yungbulakhang Palace.
