Khyber Medical College is a public sector medical college located in Peshawar. Khyber Medical College is the oldest medical college of the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and was established in 1954.

Khyber Teaching Hospital, also known as "Sherpao Hospital", is a university hospital and the primary teaching affiliate of Khyber Medical College. KTH lies on the historic route that links up to the historic Khyber Pass.
