Hancock is a village in Delaware County, New York, United States. The population was 908 at the 2020 census. The village is in the west part of the town of Hancock at the junction of NY Routes 17 and 97.

Starlight is a village that is located in Buckingham Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania, United States. Crosstown Highway, which is entirely concurrent with Pennsylvania Route 370, is generally thought to be the southern edge of the village.
