Sherman Free Library is an historic free association library, located in the hamlet of Port Henry, in the town of Moriah, in Essex County, New York. It was built in 1887 and has two rooms, and is a 1+1⁄2-story brick building topped by slate-covered, steeply pitched gable roofs, on a limestone foundation.

Lying within the Adirondack Park, it is situated in the eastern part of the county, 47 miles by road south-southwest of Burlington, Vermont, 55 miles south of Plattsburgh, 115 miles north of Albany, and 116 miles south of Montreal, Quebec. Moriah is situated 2½ miles west of Village of Port Henry.
