City of Jackson
Jackson is a city in and the county seat of Butts County, Georgia, United States. Its population was 5,045 in 2010, up from 3,934 at the 2000 census. In 2020, its population was 5,557. The community was named after the Governor James Jackson.Places of Interest

The J. R. Carmichael House, also known as The Carmichael House, is a historic residence in Jackson, Georgia. It was built in 1898 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.
