The Cathedral Church of St. Luke is an Episcopal cathedral in Orlando, Florida, United States. It is the seat of the Diocese of Central Florida. The church reported 1,113 members in 2015 and 943 members in 2023; no membership statistics were reported in 2024 parochial reports. Cathedral Church of St. Luke is situated 480 feet north of Orange County Regional History Center.

The Angebilt Building was built as the Angebilt Hotel located in Orlando, Florida, at 37 North Orange Avenue. Designed by architect Murray S. King, the 11-story building was built from 1921 to 1923 and opened on March 14, 1923.
