East Fishkill is a town on the southern border of Dutchess County, New York, United States. The population was 29,707 at the 2020 census. Until its creation in 1849, the town was the eastern portion of the town of Fishkill. East Fishkill is situated 2 miles south of St. Columba’s Church.
