The Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, previously known as Villa Vizcaya, is the former villa and estate of businessman James Deering, of the Deering McCormick-International Harvester fortune, on Biscayne Bay in the present-day Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is situated 3,300 feet southwest of Interchange 1A.

The station is located near the intersection of Southwest First Avenue and 32nd Road, at the southern terminus of I-95 at South Dixie Highway two blocks southeast of Coral Way. Vizcaya station is situated 2,200 feet southwest of Interchange 1A.
