It is significant as "the only extant large multi span truss bridge in Puerto Rico", according to its nomination document for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. is situated 4 km east of Achiote.

The is a Cable-stayed bridge that connects the cities of and , in by the Puerto Rico Highway 5. It was named after Jesus Izcoa Moure, as he was the first state legislator to be a native of Naranjito, and his signature is stamped on the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. is situated 4 km east of Achiote.
