Biskupiec is a village in Nowe Miasto County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Biskupiec. Biskupiec was a town from 1331 to 1946, when it lost its town rights due to heavy devastation during World War II.

Lipinki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biskupiec, within Nowe Miasto County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. During the German occupation of Poland, a forced labour subcamp of the Stalag XX-A prisoner-of-war camp was operated by the Germans in the village.
