Wyry
Wyry is a village in Mikołów County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Wyry. It lies approximately 4 kilometres south of Mikołów and 15 km south-west of the regional capital Katowice.Photo: James561, Public domain.

Łaziska Power Station is a thermal power station in Łaziska Górne, Poland. The first Łaziska Power Station was inaugurated in 1917. In 1929, an 87.1 MW unit was inaugurated making it to the largest power station in Poland at those days. Łaziska Power Station is situated 4 km west of Wyry.
