Milejczyce is a village in Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Milejczyce. According to the 1921 census, the village was inhabited by 1,180 people, among whom 32 were Roman Catholic, 500 Orthodox, and 648 Mosaic.
