The Guanabara Palace is the official seat of the government of Rio de Janeiro state. It is located on Pinheiro Machado Street, in the Laranjeiras neighborhood, in the south zone of Rio de Janeiro, capital of the homonymous state.

Estádio de Laranjeiras is situated 130 metres north of Palácio Guanabara.
