Ja-Ela is a town, located approximately 20 km north of the city centre of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Ja-Ela lies on the A3 road which overlaps with the Colombo – Katunayake Expressway at the Ja-Ela Interchange. Ja-Ela is situated 3½ km east of Tuduwa.
