It is located 3.1 rail kilometres from the terminus of the Kansai Line at Nagoya Station and is 0.9 kilometers from the terminus of the Hiagashiyama Line at Takabata Station. Hatta is situated 1 km north of Takabata Station.

Arako Kannon, also known as Jōkai-san Enryū-in Kannon-ji is a Buddhist temple located in Nagoya in central Japan. It has a wooden pagoda which is one of Japan's oldest, dating to the 16th century. Maeda Toshiie's family boddhisatva. Arako Kannon is situated 540 metres southeast of Takabata Station.
