Tobata Station is a passenger railway station located in Tobata-ku, Kitakyushu, Japan. It is operated by JR Kyushu. Tobata Station is situated 2 km west of Kyūshūkōdai-mae Station.

The West Japan Industrial Club is in Tobata ward, Kitakyushu. It was designed by Tatsuno Kingo and is his only surviving private house. The building is a national cultural asset which is open to the public twice a year. West Japan Industrial Club is situated 1½ km south of Kyūshūkōdai-mae Station.
