The station opened in 1852 and is located on the Warsaw–Gdańsk railway, Pruszcz Gdański–Gdańsk Port Północny railway and Pruszcz Gdański–Łeba railway. Pruszcz Gdański railway station is situated 3 km southeast of Rotmanka.
