Tobi is an island in the Palauan state of Hatohobei. Tobi Island is 1.6 km long and 0.8 km wide, and has an area of about 0.85 square kilometres. With a population of 39 according to a 2020 census, it holds all of the state's people, with the exception of a weather base on Helen Island.
