Pontokomi is a village located in the central part of Kozani regional unit, West Macedonia region, Greece. It is part of the municipal unit Dimitrios Ypsilantis.

Mavrodendri is a village and a community of the Kozani municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was part of the municipality of Dimitrios Ypsilantis, of which it was a municipal district and the seat. Mavrodendri is situated 3½ km southwest of Kardia Power Station.
