Kaprun

Kaprun is a town in the Zell am See district of Salzburg, Austria. Kaprun is best known internationally for its remarkable mountain railways. One of them is Glacial Aerial Tramway Kaprun III, the third section of the aerial tramway up to Kitzsteinhorn mountain.

The Kitzsteinhorn is a mountain in the High Tauern range of the Central Eastern Alps in Austria. It is part of the Glockner Group and reaches a height of 3,203 m AA. The Kitzsteinhorn Glaciers are a popular ski area. Kitzsteinhorn is situated 3½ km southwest of Kaprun.
