Wuhan Tianhe International Airport is an international airport serving Wuhan, the capital of South Central China’s Hubei province. It was opened on 15 April 1995, replacing the old Wuhan Wangjiadun Airport and Nanhu Airport as the major airport of Wuhan. Wuhan Tianhe International Airport is situated 3 km south of Tianhe.

Tianhe International Airport Station is a station on Line 2 of Wuhan Metro and it is the northern terminus of Line 2. It entered revenue service on December 28, 2016.
