Seochang station

The Gyeongbu line is a railway line in South Korea and is considered to be the most important and one of the oldest in the country. It was constructed in 1905, connecting Seoul with Busan via Suwon, Daejeon, and Daegu.

Established in 1905 as Bosung College by Lee Yong-Ik, a prominent official of the Korean Empire, Korea University is among South Korea's oldest institutions of higher education, and is the nation's first modern private university. Korea University Sejong Campus is situated 1½ km south of Seochang station.

Osong

Osong station is a train station on the Honam and Gyeongbu high-speed railways in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, South Korea. It is located at the intersection of the Gyeongbu KTX high-speed rail line, the conventional Chungbuk Line and, since April 2015, the Honam high-speed railway. Osong is situated 3½ km east of Seochang station.

Jochiwon

Town

Jochiwon is a town located in Sejong City, South Korea. Jochiwon was the site of the Battle of Chochiwon. As of 2011, Jochiwon has a large foreign community consisting of native English speakers considering its rather small size and population. Jochiwon is situated 2½ km south of Seochang station.
