Nar is a township of Samzhubzê District, in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. At the time of the 2010 census, the township had a population of 2,064 and an area of 207 square kilometres. As of 2015, it had 10 villages under its administration. Nar Township is situated 3½ km south of Zirrag Qu.

Qumig, or Qumei Chinese: 曲美乡; pinyin: Qūměi Xiāng), is a village and township of Samzhubzê District, in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. At the time of the 2010 census, the township had a population of 5,998 and an area of 356 square kilometres. Qumig is situated 5 km north of Zirrag Qu.
