Copake Lake is a community in southern Columbia County, New York, United States. The population was 767 at the 2020 census. The community is named after Copake Lake, a lake by the west town line of the town of Copake.

The hamlet is near the geographic center of the town of Copake and surrounds Robinson Pond, a water body on the Roeliff Jansen Kill.
