Lyepyel or Lepel is a town in Vitebsk Region, Belarus, located near Lyepyel Lake on the Vula River. It serves as the administrative center of Lyepyel District. Its population in the 1998 census was 19,400. As of 2025, it has a population of 16,895. Lyepyel is situated 7 km southwest of Zalučyna.
