Cato is an unincorporated community located in the town of Cato, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, United States. Cato is located on U.S. Route 10 2 miles west of Whitelaw. U.S. Route 10 also forced the razing of much of downtown Cato. Cato is situated 1½ miles west of Whitelaw Wastewater Treatment Plant.
