Sidama Region
The Sidama Region is a regional state in southern Ethiopia. It was formed on 18 June 2020 from the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region and transformation of the Sidama Zone after a 98.52% vote in favour of increased autonomy in the 2019 Sidama referendum.| Tap on a place to explore it |

Town
Yirgalem locally known as Diko Dalle is a town in southern Ethiopia. Surrounded by Lakes Woyima and Gidawo, it is located 260 kilometers south of Addis Ababa and 40 kilometers south of Hawassa in the Sidama Region. Irgalem is situated 6 km northwest of Sidama Region.
