Munich East station is a major railway station in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, Germany. The station opened in 1871 as Haidhausen station on the Munich–Mühldorf and Munich–Rosenheim railway lines.

Villa Stuck

The Villa Stuck is an art museum located in Munich in the area of Bogenhausen. The building was completed in 1898. In 1992, it was established as a museum and historic house devoted to the life and work of the painter Franz Stuck.

The Prinzregententheater, or, as it was called in its first decades, the Prinz-Regenten-Theater, in English the Prince Regent Theatre, is a concert hall and opera house on Prinzregentenplatz in the Bavarian capital of Munich, Germany.

Haidhausen

Haidhausen is a residential and night life area of Munich, about 2 km east of city centre on the east bank of the river Isar. It comprises the boroughs of Au-Haidhausen, Alt-Bogenhausen and Untergiesing.

Altstadt

Altstadt meaning "old city" is the very heart of Munich. Three gates are all that remain of the medieval defensive walls, but within is a well-preserved district with many of Munich's iconic sights: twin-towered Frauenkirche, New City Hall with clockwork figures dancing to the chimes of its Glockenspiel, and Hofbräuhaus that temple to drinking and gorging.
