Holbrook is an unincorporated community in Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. It is located on U.S. Route 30 about 15 miles northwest of Portland between the Tualatin Mountains and the Multnomah Channel south of Sauvie Island. Holbrook is situated 2½ miles south of Rock Point Marina.

The name "Scappoose" is of Native American origin, and is said to mean "gravelly plain." The population was 8,010 at the 2020 census. Scappoose is situated 4 miles north of Rock Point Marina.
