Syrkhavend or Nor Ghazanchi is a village located in the Aghdara District of Azerbaijan, in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The village had an Azerbaijani majority prior to their expulsion during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War. Sırxavənd is situated 2½ km west of Srkhaveno.
