The National Museum of Korea is the flagship museum of Korean history and art in South Korea. Ichon Station is a station in Yongsan District, Seoul on Seoul Subway Line 4 and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line. This station is the closest to the National Museum of Korea, situated in the interior of Yongsan Family Park.

The National Hangeul Museum was established in 2014 in the Yongsan District of Seoul near the National Museum of Korea. Occupying over 11,322 square metres, it showcases the cultural and political context, linguistic structure and evolution of the Korean alphabetical character system known as Hangul through exhibitions, research activities, and education.
