Togdê

Togdê is a suburb in Tibet, Southwest China and has an elevation of 3,762 metres. Togdê is situated nearby to the village 洛欧村, as well as near 维巴村.

Sera Monastery is one of the "great three" Gelug university monasteries of Tibet, located 1.25 miles north of Lhasa and about 5 km north of the Jokhang.

Chupzang Nunnery is a historical nunnery, belonging to Sera Monastery. It is located north of Lhasa in Tibet, China. Though the site was established as a hermitage around 1665, it was converted into an exclusive nunnery in 1984 and has since grown into one of the largest nunneries in the Lhasa Valley. Chupzang Nunnery is situated 3½ km west of Togdê.

Nyang bran is a suburb district and valley located several kilometres north of the city of Lhasa, Tibet. The valley is noted for its hermitages, belonging to the Sera Monastery, one of the three great historical monasteries of Tibet. Pabonka Hermitage, Drakri Hermitage, Chupzang Nunnery and many others are located in the valley which offers scenic views of Lhasa. Nyangrain Subdistrict is situated 4 km west of Togdê.
