Hacienda Chichí de los Lagos is located in the Homún Municipality in the state of Yucatán in southeastern Mexico. It is one of the properties that arose during the nineteenth century henequen boom. Hacienda Chichí de los Lagos is situated 4½ km north of Xcuyutil.

Homún is a village located 55 kilometers south- east of Mérida in the state of Yucatan. The town is within the Reserva Estatal Geohidrológica Anillo de Cenotes. The area has many cenotes and makes a perfect day trip from Mérida.
