Esplanade de La Défense is a station on Paris Métro Line 1 on the outskirts of La Défense on the border of Courbevoie and Puteaux. It has an island platform because of limitations on space due it being enclosed in a site originally earmarked for one of the underpasses of the A14 autoroute. Esplanade de La Défense station is situated 190 metres east of Adagio City Paris La Defense Esplanade.

Upon completion in 2025, the tallest tower will stand at 242 m tall with 52 floors, making it the tallest skyscraper in the Paris metropolitan area and in France, and the second tallest structure overall, after the Eiffel Tower.
