Amfikleia is a town and a former municipality in Phthiotis, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Amfikleia-Elateia, of which it is a municipal unit.

Polydrosos is a village and a community of the Delphi municipality. Before the 2011 local government reform it was a part of the municipality of Parnassos, of which it was a municipal district. The community of Polydrosos covers an area of 38.672 km2. Polydrosos is situated 6 km west of Amfikleia.

Tithronium or Tithronion, or Tethronium or Tethronion, was a frontier town of ancient Phocis, on the side of Doris. Livy, who calls it Tritonon, describes it as a town of Doris, but all other ancient writers place it in Phocis. Tithronio is situated 6 km north of Amfikleia.
