Anao-ji is a Buddhist temple located in the Sogabechō Anao, Higashi-no-tsuji neighborhood of the city of Kameoka, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It belongs to the Tendai sect of Japanese Buddhism and its honzon is a statue of Yakushi Nyorai.

Kameyama Castle is a castle located in Kameoka, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It guarded the northwest passage into Kyoto for nearly three hundred years. The castle was built by Oda Nobunaga's vassal Akechi Mitsuhide because he needed a front base to conquer Tanba region. Kameyama Castle is situated 4 km northeast of Sogabecho-Tera.
