Lago de Camécuaro National Park is located east of the city of Zamora de Hidalgo in the municipality of Tangancícuaro in the state of Michoacán. The park consists of 9.65 hectares of protected area including Camécuaro Lake which is supplied by a series of natural springs. Lago de Camécuaro National Park is situated 2½ km northwest of Pejo.
