The town is situated at the intersection of the Jingcheng Expressway, a six-lane expressway linking central Beijing via Huairou District and Miyun District to Chengde in Hebei province, and the 6th Ring Road. Gaoliying is situated 5 km northeast of Matouzhuang.

Tianzhu Town is a town on the southwestern corner of Shunyi District, Beijing, China. It is located at the south of Nanfaxin and Houshayu Towns, west of Renhe and Liqiao Towns, north of Jinzhan and Sunhe Townships, east of Konggang Subdistrict, and surrounds Capital Airport Subdistrict on three sides. Tianzhu is situated 7 km southeast of Matouzhuang.
