Dongxiaokou borders Shahe and Beiqijia Towns in its north, Tiantongyuanbei and Tiantongyuannan Subdistricts in its east, Dongsheng Town and Huoying Subdistrict in its west, and Shigezhuang Subdistrict in its northwest. Dongxiaokou is situated 3 km east of Dongxiaokou.
