La Malinche, also known as Matlalcueye or Malintzin, is an inactive volcano located in the states of Tlaxcala and Puebla in Mexico. Officially, its summit reaches 4,461 metres above sea level, though it is generally considered to be closer to 4,440 metres, using GPS measurements.
