The Kitakyushu Municipal Museum of Art is located in Tobata-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. Designed by Arata Isozaki, it sits on a hill straddling the three wards of Kokura Kita, Tobata, and Yahata Higashi.
West Japan Industrial Club
The West Japan Industrial Club is in Tobata ward, Kitakyushu. It was designed by Tatsuno Kingo and is his only surviving private house. The building is a national cultural asset which is open to the public twice a year.
