Gaocun Town is a town and the county seat of Mayang Miao Autonomous County in Hunan, China. The town is located in the mid-northern region of the county, it was reformed to merge Luxikou Township, Liping Township, Gudapo Township and the former Gaocun Town on November 25, 2015, it has an area of 187.6 km2 with a population of 104,300. Gaocun is situated 9 km north of Manxi.
