Luoyixi Town is a Town in Guzhang County of China's Hunan Province. It is located on a bay of the Fengtan Reservoir. As of the census of 2010, it has a total population of 10,000. Luoyixi is situated 4 km north of Heitan.

It was reformed to merge Hepeng Township, Shuangxi Township, Luoyixi Township and the former Guyang Town on November 30, 2015. Guyang is situated 5 km southwest of Heitan.
