Shihuiyao Township is a township in Ping'an District, Haidong, Qinghai, China. In 2010, Shihuiyao Township had a total population of 4,849: 2,427 males and 2,377 females: 1,111 aged under 14, 3,311 aged between 15 and 65 and 427 aged over 65. 石灰窑 is situated 2½ km east of Taktser.

Sanhe is a town in Ping'an District, Haidong, Qinghai, China, located 16 kilometres southwest of downtown Haidong and 14 kilometres southwest of Xining Caojiabao Airport. As of 2018, it has one residential community and 18 villages under its administration. Sanhe is situated 9 km northeast of Taktser.
